Made the first booking through Thrillophilia. Some pointers about the trip 1.Thrillophilia Support team is not very informed about the trip details. 2.The camp location is very remote.Follow google map 3.Rafting location is 40-50 km far from the camp. 4.The food was very very good. 5.350/ to take your car to the rafting end point from the starting point. 6.Better to carry your own bed sheets. 7.Toilet was decent enough. 8.Camp is located near the river front. 9.We have not tried other activities,so cannot comment. 10.Rafting starts and ends at different location. 11.Well trained person was our captain in the raft Overall worthy and the cheapest option available.

In spite of the heavy rains and floods, there wasn’t any lack of hospitality. Rahul, Vaibhav, Gitanjali, Sadu and team took good care of us. We were provided with the suite which was quite spacious and well maintained. Toilets were clean. Overall the entire area was very well maintained. The food here is delicious. Loved the bhaaji served during snacks, chicken curry during dinner and the amazing missal pav in the morning. Coming to the activities- Kayaking - Enjoyed a lot. Though it wasn’t in the river (the river was flooded when we went), we enjoyed the experience in the backwaters. The river crossing is not actually in the river. It was also in the backwaters (small pond). Maybe because of the flooding. We didn’t try it. Whitewater rafting - Really worth it. The rapids were good. Especially Johnny Walker (name of a rapid). Had a great time swimming in the river at the end. Our guide Suraj was pretty calm and chilled out. Jet skiing - This was more like a formality as you get just one round and only get to sit in the front and not operate the jet ski yourself. The speed and thrill during the rains are however quite good. I wouldn’t have done it had it not been included in the package. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back again. Thanks & Regards, Suraj

It was an almost perfect weekend getaway for us college friends some of which were meeting after almost 6 years. This was an enjoyable trip for all of us. Now coming to the trip, we reached there around 3.30 PM. After almost 1 hour, we were ready for the extra activities. The package included kayaking & jet skiing but the agent offered us to swap jet skiing with banana ride which we accepted. Kayaking is not so much fun but banana ride was good. I suggest to take banana ride as you will anyway not get to ride in jet skiing, you only have to sit & enjoy. After the activities, they served us hot bhajiyas with chai. As all of us were very hungry because of skipping lunch, we enjoyed the snacks a lot. Then we did some timepass by playing games like cricket, badminton etc. After that, the barbeque session was organized which we have to bake ourselves. The taste was not so yummy but it was good. After that, all people were divided into 2 groups & we played antakshari which was fun. The antakshari went on for almost 2 hours. Meanwhile the food was served. Although we were not hungry, we ate a little but the food quality was very poor. Also they didn't serve papad & sweet which they promised they will arrange next day. Later that night we played card games till late night. Next morning we got up at 6 AM & got ready for rafting which was the main event. We were served chai & poha for breakfast which we had & set off for rafting. It took almost 1.5 hours to reach rafting point. There we got ready for rafting. But we had to wait as they were not willing to send us together in a single rafting. But we were adamant that we will be going together in a single raft. After a lot of negotiation, we were combined with another group & we set off for rafting. First they gave us instructions how to ride the raft & finally the rafting started. Rafting experience was very good as there were 3 rapids in total. It took almost 2-3 hours to complete rafting which was around 14 kms. Our rafting was more adventurous as 2 of us including me fell off the raft in rapid. While the other person got into raft quickly, I was taken ahead of the raft by the speed of rapid. Then I had to swim against the rapid as I had gone too much ahead. Finally the raft was able to reach me & I got inside the raft. Although it was scary, I enjoyed a lot because of the thrill. We could also capture the video of the same as we had opted for Go Pro costing Rs. 1500 extra not included in package. In Go Pro, the instructor captures photos & videos which I would recommend you should opt for this. Overall rafting was a very good experience more so adventurous for me. After rafting we reached the camp site & got freshened. After that we had lunch which was again very poor quality. Again we were neither served papad nor sweet. But we were too tired to complain & hence had whatever was served. After lunch, we set off for our homes. Overall the camp & raft experience was awesome except the food. It is a perfect trip to go with your friends.

Before starting any review I want to say a big thank you to the whole thrillophilia team for making this trip as my best trip. So now let's start .....if you want to have a weekend getaway but want a adventurous getaway then give it a chance to thrillophilia, you'll definitely remember.I booked this kundalika rafting camp for two people from Pune. You just have to reach the camp by your own and that is also not difficult. From Pune via train you can go panvel and from there you can reach Roha and from there you can have a taxi to camp. Now , let's talk about host and camp. The whole camp is at the best location and all around the nature and river. I am not telling you more then this ,let it be the surprise. The hosts there gave us whole information and gave us a very warm welcome. On that day we did some activities, had some conversation with different people and finally we had a very classy Indian thali dinner. Next day was D'Day , the river rafting . The photos and videos which we saw was not as good as what we actually saw there. It was much more beautiful then the photos and videos. If you're doing River rafting first time then this will be hell exciting for you. If I could have given more than 5 star if more stars were there. Go pack your packs and add a adventure to your trip. You can reach camp via bus also from Pune. Bus is there from Pune to Roha from shivaji nagar. #adventures=thrillophilia

The river rafting experience was awesome . You will enjoy the beauty of river Kundalika .The guides for rafting are well experienced and takes care that you completely enjoy the ride . The time for rafting is more than 2.5 hrs and the distance is about 12 km. Talking about the place camp it was not that great. There was a bit of mismanagement . But the activities , food and stay in camp was awesome. Go early and you can very well enjoy the coolness of the river and enjoy yourself with water sports and swim in the river. The camp site is way too far from the rafting location and travel to the rafting site and from there back to camp site is very tiring . And it’s preferable to travel to rafting site with their vehicle and not yours cause the end point of rafting is far away from the start point and it’s very difficult to come back to start point if you go with your own vehicle. Overall a good experience .

We camped in the last weekend of sep 2019, and the weather was better than expected. Rafting and camoing these were the two activities which were the main things. The surrounding area was good too and luckly no mosquitoes. No need to carry a sleeping bag or your own blankets, as the ones provided were enough and too thick. Toilets were not at all a problem .Food was good and unlimited. Everythings was planned perfectly by Thrillophilia.
