- Kudroli Sri Gokarnanatha Kshetra: Located in the Kudroli area of Mangalore, the temple was built in 1912 by Adhyaksha HoigeBazar Coragappa.  It is dedicated to a form of Lord Shiva, Gokarnanatha.
Panampur Beach: Visited by hundreds of tourists and locals, Panampur Beach is one of the cleanest beaches in the Western coastline of India. Here, 'Panam' means money and 'ur' means place.
Surathkal Beach: Known for great cleanliness and close proximity to famous educational institutions, this Surathkal beach also is widely known as NITK beach.
Sadashiva Temple: Dedicated to the deity Surya Sadashiva Rudra Devaru, Sadashiva Temple has a unique tradition where, after getting their wishes fulfilled, devotees offer clay sculptures to Lord Shiva.
Kaup Beach: One of the major beaches in the city of Mangalore, Kaup Beach attracts a lot of tourists across the country. It is one of the beaches you must visit in the vicinity.
Malpe Beach: Based at a distance of 6 km west of Udupi, this beach is famous for its views of St Mary's Island and Bhadargad Island. Also, the beach holds free wifi connectivity for 30 minutes at any point in time.
St Mary's Island: Also known as Coconut Island and Thonsepar, St Mary's Island is known for their distinctive geological formation. It was formed by sub-aerial subvolcanic activity and is a beautiful island.
Maravanthe Beach: Known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Karnataka, this beach offers views of Suparnika river as well as Maraswamy temple. 
Murudeshwar Beach: This beach also occupies a prominent head in the list of most clean beaches in Karnataka that offers great hygienic sandy stretch and panoramic views of lush greenery.
Om beach: Holding the views of famous temples, the Om beach provides with rocky structures and white sand stretch for you to witness. The beach is famous for its 'Om' shape when witnessed from the top.
Devbagh Beach: Devgad Beach holds great potential for encouraging adventurous water activities as well as offers the views of the clean white sand body and crystal clear water.
Kurumgad Beach: Located on the Kurumgad island and at a distance of 1 km ferry ride away from Devbagh beach, this beach provides you with great peace with the glimpses of Narasimha temple.
Karwar Beach: This beach holds great pride for attracting national and international tourists. This is the place where Rabindranath Tagore wrote his first poem.
Warship Museum:  INS Chapal, a missile warship, used in the 1971 Indo - Pak war. In 2006 can be found here. The ship was converted into a museum to display sea-artefacts.
Kali River Garden: There are a lot of activities that can be availed at Kali River Garden. The visit to Kali River Garden will help you make the most of this trip.

Karnataka Beaches Tour Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Bangalore to Mangalore | Visit Kudroli Sri Gokarnanatha Kshetra

    Get picked up in from Bangalore and depart for Mangalore.

    Check-in the hotel in Mangalore and relax for a while.

    In the evening, we will be visiting Kudroli Sri Gokarnanatha Kshetra.

    Also known as the Gokarnanatheshwara Temple, Kudroli Sri Gokarnanatha Kshetra was consecrated by Narayana Guru and is dedicated to Gokarnanatha, a Hindu deity also known as Shiva.

    After the visit, we will enjoy our overnight stay in the hotel in Mangalore.

  • Day 2 - Mangalore to Udupi | Visit Panambur Beach, Surathkal Beach

    After having breakfast and checking-out of the hotel, we will head towards exploring Panambur Beach.

    Known for its cleanliness and safety, Panampur Beach is one of the most famous beaches in the region. Here, you can avail several self-sponsored activities such as Jet ski rides, Boating, and Dolphin viewing.

    Next, we will be visiting Surathkal Beach. Surathkal Beach is also known as NITK Beach and is one of the cleanest beaches. There is a new lighthouse in the vicinity as well.

    There is an ancient Sadashiva Temple here, where you can visit and marvel at the amazing views of the sea from this temple.

    The evening is ready to mesmerise us with Kaup beach. The beach offers a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea. The sunsets here cannot be missed viewing.

    The lighthouse near to this beach will allow you to gaze the views from the top.

    Later, we will be driving to Udupi and checking-in the hotel.

  • Day 3 - Udupi to Murudeshwar | Visit Malpe Beach, St Mary's Island & Marawanthe Beach

    After freshening up and having breakfast at the hotel, we will be checking out.

    The first destination of the day is Malpe Beach. Explore this less explored beach where glittering water and golden sand is ready to help you have the best time.

    Next, we will be visiting St Mary's Island. Vasco De Gama set his first foot here on St Mary's Island. White sand beaches, rock monoliths and great wildlife are what awaits your presence here.

    Maravanthe Beach will be our next destination. A scenic beach in Karnataka, Maravanthe Beach is a must-see for every tourist visiting Karnataka.

    We will then head towards Murudeshwar.

    After checking-in the hotel we will visit Murudeshwar Beach. Surrounded by the sea to the west and hills to the east, the beach is an ideal getaway destination.

  • Day 4 - Murudeshwar to Karwar via Gokarna | Visit Devbagh, Kurumgad Beach, Warship Museum

    After breakfast, we will drive to Gokarna.

    Om Beach is the first destination of the day. It takes the shape of an Om, a spiritual symbol and is one of the five famous beaches in Gokarna.

    Then we will be heading towards Karwar, a beautiful town which is home to several beaches.

    Here, we will be visiting Devbagh, Kurumgad Beach, Karwar beach and Warship Museum.

    Water scooter, jet ski, bumper ride, banana/dolphin boat ride, Kayak boating sports and para-sailing are all the activities available at Devbagh Beach.

    At Kurumgad Beach, you can avail several adrenaline-rushing water activities.

    Nestling between the Western Ghats and the Arabian Sea, Karwar beach is yet another beautiful beach to be visited.

    INS Chapal Warship Museum is one of the must-visits in Karwar. INS Chapal is a missile warship used in the 1971 Indo - Pak war.

    Kali River Garden will be visited later in the evening. t is another place where there are a lot of water activities available.

  • Day 5 - Back to Bangalore
