- Char Dham Yatra is a trip to four pilgrimage destinations in India, visiting where it is believed to provide moksha to people.

- Chardham yatra packages from Bangalore gets a kickstart as you reach Haridwar. This serene town is home to the holiest ghats and attracts millions of people through its charm and musical hymns being played along the flowing river.

- On day 1 after you reach Haridwar you will proceed towards the second stop of Chardham yatra from Bangalore i.e; Barkot. The mighty hills of Barkot are home to Kempty Falls which are Hidden deep in the forests and offer a mesmerizing sight of the waters hitting the rocks.

- Start day two by taking a trek to Yamunotri, which is known to be the birthplace of River Yamuna. To reach Yamunotri, people need to trek from Jan Ki Chatti for 5 to 6 hours. Once you reach the site, the beautiful surroundings and the calmness of flowing Yamuna will offer you with a mesmerizing sight.

- Day three of the trip will take you to Uttarkashi, known to be the tranquil land of spirituality. As soon as you will reach here and settle in your comfy rooms, the rest of the day would be your own to visit famous destinations like Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Ganganani.

- The fourth day will also offer you the best of Uttarkashi where you will travel towards Gangotri, the place of origin of river Ganga. Admire the marvelous view of a temple dedicated to the Ganga river and made with beautiful white granite. Do not forget to take a bath in the hot water spring known as Rishikund on your way to Gangotri.

- On the fifth day of trip you will be leaving Uttarkashi and proceed towards Guptkashi. As the name suggests, Guptkashi means “the hidden Kashi”. Visit the Ardhnarishwar Temple - a temple dedicated to the half-male and half-female form of Lord Shiva.

- On the sixth day you will be traveling towards Gaurikund, this place is also famous as the place where Lord Shiva expressed his love for Goddess Parvati. Get a chance to bath in Tapt Kund - a hot water spring, followed by a 7 to 8-hour trek to Kedarnath. As you reach Kedarnath, get mesmerized by marveling at the sight of this ancient temple located at such a location making it look as if the Himalayas are guarding it. 

- On the seventh day of the trip, witness the morning beauty of the temple situated against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range, after that you will be traveling from Kedarnath to Gaurikund and Gaurikund to Guptkashi.

- On day eighth, you will proceed towards Badrinath, on the way get mesmerized by the view of Ganga all across the journey. Make sure you explore the holy confluence of River Alaknanda and River Mandakini. 

- Day nine of the trip will be spent in Badrinath, known to be the home of Lord Vishnu. Get mesmerized by sighting the unparalleled beauty of Badrinath temple and the carvings on its walls. Do not forget to visit the point of confluence of River Saraswati and River Ganga at Keshav Prayag.

- As you lead towards the tenth day, reach back to Haridwar, attend the Ganga Aarti, and after that our representative will drop you at station/airport from where you can proceed back to your homes while carrying a plethora of memories.

Chardham Yatra Package From Bangalore Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrive at Haridwar | Haridwar to Barkot

    Arrive at the holy town of Haridwar and begin the Chardham yatra packages from Bangalore where you will be picked up by our representative.

    Start off your spiritual journey as you transferred to Barkot via Mussoorie

    En route, we will visit the famous Kempty Falls of Mussoorie.

    Barkot is a small village near Yamunotri, where we will acclimatize ourselves for a trek to the temple the next day.

    After check-in at the hotel in Barkot, spend the remaining day at leisure.

  • Day 2 - Yamunotri Temple Visit

    After an early morning breakfast set out for Jan ki Chatti, the road head for the Yamunotri Temple trek

    The temple is a 6 KM trek, and on the way, you will visit Hanuman Chatti and Phool Chatti.

    After taking a dip in the Surya Kund, a natural hot water spring, worship Divya Shila - a rock pillar and offer your prayers to Goddess Yamuna.

    Head back to Jan ki Chatti and return to your hotel in Barkot

    Have a nutritious dinner and restful sleep

  • Day 3 - Barkot to Uttarkashi

    After a healthy breakfast, check out from the hotel to proceed to Uttarkashi, a small town situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi river.

    Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and freshen up.

    Later, drive up to Gangnani, a hot water spring where you can rejuvenate your body.

    Also, visit the ancient Vishwanath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.

    Explore the local market of Uttarkashi which surrounds the temple and return to the hotel for overnight stay

  • Day 4 - Gangotri temple visit

    After an early breakfast at the hotel, drive towards the Gangotri Dham on the next leg of the char dham tour packages from Bangalore

    The surreal views of the Bhagirathi flowing across the Harsil Valley will mesmerize you as you drive across deodar trees.

    As you reach Gangotri, take a dip in the sacred waters of the Ganga which is called Bhagirathi at its origin, and offer your prayers at the Gangotri Temple.

    On your way back to Uttarkashi, stop by at Gangnani to take a holy dip in the hot-water springs.

    Also, explore the Harsil valley and Dharali, as you interact with the local people in the remote valley and seek blessings at the Gupteshwar Mahadev Temple.

  • Day 5 - Uttarkashi to Guptkashi

    The next destination of the yatra is Kedarnath and our stop for the day will be Sitapur at the base of the long trek to the holy shrine.

    After a nutritious breakfast, you will be transferred to Guptkashi via Tilwada.

    En route, you will drive along the beautiful Mandakini river, which comes from Kedarnath.

    Arrive at Guptkashi for a hassle-free check-in at the hotel and head to your rooms

    Enjoy a healthy dinner and hop onto your cozy beds for the night.

  • Day 6 - Kedarnath Trek

    Wake up early today and savour a healthy breakfast as you gear up for a sacred sightseeing spree.

    Reach Gaurikund, the last road-head to the Kedarnath Trek, to start the trek to the sacred dham.

    Join the other pilgrims on the 16 KM trek, which has many resting points and food joints where you can stop to have lunch and rest in between

    You can also hire ponies or palanquins for this arduous trek.

    Reach the temple by evening to get mesmerized by the natural beauty and spirituality that surges in the air of this Jyotirlinga.

    After a quick check-in, proceed for darshan and aarti at the temple.

    Return to your hotel for a hearty dinner and enjoy a good night’s sleep in the vicinity of the temple

  • Day 7 - Back to Guptkashi

    Wake up in the morning to witness the glory of the 8th-century temple enjoy a hearty breakfast amid the beautiful valley

    You can pay a final homage at the temple, before heading back to Gaurikund.

    From Gaurikund reach Guptkashi to check-in at the hotel.

    The day is at leisure, and you explore the nearby area or rest in your rooms.

  • Day 8 - Guptkashi to Badrinath

    Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel and check-out to proceed towards the final destination on the Chardham yatra from Bangalore, Badrinath via Joshimath.

  • Day 9 - Badrinath Temple Visit

    After a fulfilling breakfast in the beautiful Badrinath valley as you get prepared to visit the final destination on this holy journey

    Take a dip in the holy Tapt Kund, a hot water spring considered to wash off a man’s sins.

    Proceed to the holy shrine of Badri Vishal and perform the aarti at the temple to pay respect to the Gods.

    In the evening, explore the local markets and the surrounding area of the Badrinath valley as you complete your Char Cham Darshan

    Have dinner and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay at your hotel in Badrinath

  • Day 10 - Badrinath to Hardiwar

    Wake up to enjoy a hearty breakfast the beautiful Badrinath valley

    Post breakfast, check out and head back towards Haridwar.

    On the way back enjoy the scenic ride as you pass through the high mountains and meandering rivers of Uttarakhand.

    Spot some prominent river confluences in the valley of the Gods, as these rivers join to finally form the river Ganga at Devprayag.

    Reach Haridwar and get dropped off at the railway station and carry on your onward journey to Bangalore as you bid farewell to the Devbhoomi.

    The Chardham trip will always be one of the best trips ever. Although it was a pilgrimage tour still it was an amazing trip, from trekking to bathing in hot springs it had all. From attending Ganga aarti in Haridwar to darshan in Kedarnath it was all worth it. The journey was so filled with scenic views and breathtaking mountains.
