  23. What documents one must carry while visiting Koh Samui?

    First and foremost, your passport, with validity not less than 6 months. You will have to carry your filled out Visa application form, along with some recent passport size photographs. Do carry your round-trip air ticket/ e-ticket (paid in full) and any pre-booked bus or ferry tickets along with your travel insurance documents.

    You will also have to show your proof of financial means (20,000 baht per person and 40,000 baht per family). You must carry a printout of your hotel reservation as well. Last but not least, it’s always safe to carry scanned copies of all the essential documents to your Koh Samui trip.
